ASDA Access & Guildmaster Roles: S-Rank members gain access to our **Autonomous Software Development Assistant (ASDA)** and become eligible to lead client projects as Guildmasters.
Revenue Sharing: When you lead a Guild-for-Hire project or build a monetizable application with ASDA, you share in that success. We use Stripe for transparent, automated payouts, turning your contributions into a real-world partnership.
Legal Disclaimer & Terms of Contribution
By applying to the Citadel Nexus guild, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Intellectual Property: All code, documentation, ideas, and other artifacts ("Contributions") created using Citadel Nexus tools or submitted to the Citadel Nexus platform become the exclusive property of Citadel Nexus upon creation. Citadel Nexus reserves the right to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense these Contributions in perpetuity without restriction.
S-Rank Covenant: The "S-Rank Covenant" and its associated revenue-sharing model are offered at the sole discretion of Citadel Nexus. Attaining "S-Rank" status does not guarantee a partnership or financial compensation. All terms, including revenue percentages, payout schedules via Stripe, and eligibility criteria, will be governed by a separate, legally binding agreement presented to members upon being invited to the S-Rank tier.
No Employment Relationship: Your participation as a guild member does not constitute or create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Citadel Nexus. You are an independent contributor, and any compensation is based solely on the terms of the S-Rank Covenant agreement, if applicable.
Confidentiality: As a guild member, you may have access to proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Citadel Nexus.
Citadel Nexus reserves the right to modify these terms and to grant or revoke membership status at any time, for any reason.
